Our approaches and beliefs
Deserve our needs
We believe that we have to earn our keep, rather than assume it is real as a right. We have to give first and then ask in exchange.
The act of quitting something that you would like to keep especially in order to get or take action or even to help someone. We believe that every individual must ‘give till it hurts’, demonstrating the willingness to talk about one’s fortunes with those less privileged.
We believe that we add value only once we take action that helps others to reside their life as they need.
We believe that dealing with a flaming aspiration to produce a difference, is the foremost motivator to take action meaningful.
First Principles Approach
We believe that we should do things because they seem sensible to do, and not because that is how everybody else does it. Blind faith is the enemy of most innovation.
Transparency and accountability
As ‘trustees’ of taxpayer resources, we believe in being proactive accountable and transparent in all that we do also to all our stakeholders.

Women empowerment and education
“If you educate a man you educate an individual, however, if you educate a woman you educate a whole family. Women empowered means mother India empowered”.—PT. JAWAHARLAL NEHRU
When women who contribute almost 50 % of the populace are empowered it’ll fortify the national economy. Education is considered as a milestone for women empowerment because it permits them to respond to the challenges, to confront their traditional role and change their lives. Increasing usage of education notwithstanding, gender discrimination still persists in India and many more needs to be achieved in Neuro-scientific women’s education in India. Women have a lot unexplored potential which has never been tapped. As education is both an input and input of human development, educational equity shall ensure enabling and entrepreneurial development. Even beyond literacy, there is a lot that education can do for women’s rights, security, and dignity. Education is the main element to unlock the golden door of freedom for development.
“You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul.”
